The Iconic Ball chair was designed by the famous Finnish interior designer Eero Aanio and was presented first time at the international furniture fair in Cologne - West Germany in 1966, It was the sensation of the fair and the international breakthrough for Eero Aarnio to start a whole range of fibreglass iconic designs.
The Ball Chair is a "room within a room" with a cozy and calm athmosphere, protecting outside noises, it’s like having your very own safe place – a little retreat from the world. Turning around its own axis on the base the view to the outer space is variable for the user and thus he is not completely excluded from world outside.
The Ball chair is an outstanding iconis design, combining the futuristic inspiration with the classic timeless touch. Our designer Ball chair has a beautiful and clean looking Glossy white fibreglass shell, strong and durable with a choice of colour upholstery, in high quality woven interior Wool fabric and matching cushions. The beautiful glossy ball sits on a stainless steel base in matching white gloss finish. The Ball chair contains a bearing swivel system for ease of turning.. The softly padded interior and smooth-weave fabric make them a joy to sit, curl and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing moments!
